Afian has a one time cost that depends on the number of user accounts. There are no other costs involved, and no monthly fees or recurring billings.
Each license is bound to a domain name.
A 10 users license allows you to have in your Afian installation, at one point in time, 10 different accounts/logins.
Note that if one of your users needs an account only for a short period of time, you can delete his account to accommodate a new user.
There is no limit on how many e-mail account can be added to the system.
Support
Each license includes a very useful customer support service, that will handle any problem that you could encounter while using Afian. Any eventual software problem is fixed right away (in a matter of hours), so you don't have to wait for new versions to get a problem fixed.
Our friendly staff will also help you with guidance on setting up your web server right, or with any other related problem.
Software updates are released once every month or two and can be easily installed, for free, from the control panel of your Afian installation.

Add user accounts
Additional user accounts cost only 7 USD each.
License upgrades are made in batches of 5 or more user accounts.
Upgrading to 100 or an unlimited number of user accounts can be done by paying only the cost difference.
You can upgrade at any time from your Afian client account.
If you already own a Afian license, login to your account to receive discounts when purchasing additional licenses.
