We answer to e-mail messages within 24 hours, weekends included. Usually we are quicker than that, but you must take into account that your base of operations may be located on a different time-zone than us. It all depends on how important and urgent your issue is. Also, you can purchase phone support on a project basis.
We read every message. We also try to reply to all of them. If you don't hear back from us within a few days, this generally means that your e-mail server had an error and your message didn't reach us (or maybe that our reply was blocked by your spam filters). Try again!
OUR GUARANTEE:
Given that so many of our new customers are refferred to us by past customers, we want to see you successfully using our product. If you happen to meet any kind of difficulties installing Afian, we can help you set it up at no additional charge. Should we ever fail to get the product working on your server, we will fully reimburse you.
However, please note that this is not a "100% satisfaction guarantee" like you see on TV. The purpose of this guarantee is to protect you from unforseen circumstances that could be created by the myriad possible combinations of software and hardware. For this guarantee to be effective, you have to be a nice person and take all the necessary steps to understand how Afian works. We may ask you to create for us a temporary FTP account pointing to the folder where you want us to install Afian.
There's no risk for you in trying Afian.
SOFTWARE UPDATES:
Our team works every day to improve this product. The application has evolved very quickly since August 2003, when we first released our software. Afian is now at its fifth major release.
All licenses come with 6 months of free e-mail support, critical updates and minor enhancements. Beyond this initial 6 month period, we'll still help you, out of courtesy. Depending on your particular needs, you may purchase additional support for your edition of the software.
We don't send new releases to clients for free. That's because, most of the time, there are many changes from one version to another.
However, we do send critical updates to our clients at no cost. This includes eventual bug fixes, cosmetic changes, and necessary improvements in compatibility with servers and browsers.
